- Be specific as to what programs you are having the issue in. (I get a lot of "my kids can't get in". Get in to what?)
- If it is affecting specific sections or kids please give that information as well.
- Emails are great to give me heads up but please don't be frustrated when I tell you that I will need a ticket on what you need. As mentioned, I don't get everything and sometimes the answer might come faster through the ticket then the email that hopefully, I will get to by the end of the day.
When you put in work tickets, please make sure that you are filling out all the sections you are asked to. I don't always get assigned every ticket and when things aren't filled out completely it takes extra time and effort to resolve your issue because we must hunt down more information.
